For students entering 6th - 12th grade this upcoming Fall

When the aging king of a Magical Kingdom (England) decides to split his empire between his three daughters, Cinderella, Belle, and the Snow Queen (who in no way resembles a copyrighted character), terrible tragedy ensues. Terrible, hilarious tragedy. Combining the gut-wrenching plot twists of Game of Thrones, the soul-numbing despair of Shakespearean tragedy, and the optimism of Disney princess movies, this adaptation of King Lear will leave you dying with laughter as the body count mounts. When you play the Game of Tiaras, you win or you die.

Teen Camps are two-three weeks of casting, rehearsing, and performing a fully-staged musical or play. The camp also provides 6th – 12th graders a variety of focused skill-building exercises intended to improve students’ theater skills. These productions are designed so that every participant has a moment to shine! The multi-week structure allows students more time to dive into acting and performance skills, and rehearse a longer, more detailed play than they would in a one-week camp.
