Audition Dance - Learning Combos
Practice learning combinations to brush up skills for those dance auditions! Beginning students will learn dance technique in jazz and tap styles, and learn combinations quickly to aid physical memorization skills for dance auditions. Students will learn choreography to classic and contemporary Broadway musicals, and practice choreographing and improvising as well! Students need to bring their own jazz and tap shoes to class.
For 6th - 12th graders.

Voice: Duets
Singing skills are essential to young performers interested in musical theater. Designed for students who want to study voice but are not ready to commit to private singing lessons, this small class is perfect for the aspiring performer. Students will study musical terms and singing techniques and explore their voices through group songs and duets from musicals. At the end of the session students will confidently sing for families and show off what they’ve learned!
For 3rd - 5th graders.

Songbirds
Exploring new worlds through drama is a great way to build confidence and communication skills. This session is all about creative movement and music. Your student will explore drama through songs, dances, and rhythm games. Each class session will get their bodies moving and give them a chance to make music with their voices as well as a variety of simple instruments.
For Ages 4-K.

Acting for Film: Horror Scenes
In this Acting for Film class, actors will work with horror aficionado Kim Douthit to learn specific acting technques for the genre of horror films. They'll use script material from movies to bring scenes to life on film. Great for actors wanting to try film acting and get genre specific.
For 6th - 12th Graders.

Broadway Stars: Wicked
In this mini-musical, students learn rehearsal techniques and vocabulary as they put together a show inspired by the famous movie and contemporary musical, Wicked! Students will sing songs and learn choreography from the show as well as learn about character, stage presence, and acting out an original script.
For 6th - 12th Graders.

Kids Act: Snow White
Enter the world of Snow White! Young theater performers will explore the movie musical through creative drama games, and acting out characters from "Snow White." We will learn acting terminology, and how to put on a play. We will have a dynamic performance to share on the last day of class.
For 1st-2nd Graders.

Acting: One Act Play
Perform a one-act play! Students will develop a deeper understanding of stage fundamentals and character development, through dynamic and fun exercises. Then, we'll learn about the production process from auditions through to performances. We will work with a script, rehearse our play, and perform it for our friends and family!
For 3rd - 5th Graders.

Mid-Winter Studio Day: Act, Sing, and Dance!
No school? Make it a Studio Day! Today is all about being a triple threat. Join us as we hone our acting, singing, and dancing skills to become well-rounded musical theater performers!
Designed for students in schools with 2/13, 2/14, & 2/17 off for Mid-Winter Break. Take one day or take all three!
